Étude N.1 (Heitor Villa-Lobos)
Want to listen more classical guitar, this time from Brazil's greatest composer?
This is my rendition of Heitor Villa-Lobos' Étude N.1, from his Twelve Études for Guitar book. These Études, by the way, were dedicated by Villa-Lobos to the great maestro Andrés Segovia. Other performances worth of notice were by John Williams and by Julian Bream.
I recorded my performance using two iPad's cameras (one focusing the right hand, the other, the left hand) and a Galaxy On7's, and edited and mastered the audio on the iPad, using an MXL condenser mic (https://www.amazon.com/MXL-990-991-Re...), an Apogee One (https://www.amazon.com/Apogee-Interfa...), Auria Pro (https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/auria... , and edited the video also on the iPad, using LumaFusion (https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/lumaf...).
