Tonestack and Bias in AUM
Hey guys. I’m working with these amp sims in AUm or with bias inside of tonestack via iaa and also many times include an ir loader app like Fiddlicator or rooms. The issue I run into is based on input levels. It seems like when Bias is running inside tonestack that the input level of bias is low. It also seems that sometimes when I’m running rooms that I get lots of crackling of the Ir but then when I use Fiddlicator I get a much much greater drop in output level.
I need some advice if anyone out there still uses amp sim programs on ios

Bias and ToneStack both have input and output level adjustments, don't they? Plus, you can adjust the output of the amps themselves. I guess I'm not really understanding the issue.
BTW, AudioBus now has super-nifty faders level meters and on each FX on the audio page. It makes one-stop adjusting of levels along the FX chain a breeze - and lets you save those as a session for quick recall.
Yeah but it doesn’t have enough slots to use all the apps I need
You are right they both have meters but for whatever reason I just can’t seem to get it right. I feel I must be doing something wrong
Does anyone else have the issue of BIAS app crashing in AUM.
I like to use it in parallel with another amp sim such as ipod, or tonestack, but it crashes after a minute or two of playing. More stable in audiobus btw
Same problem here! I use it less and less because of this.
Its a real pity as i really like the Hiwatt and Dumble emulations.
What do you use instead of BIAS then Flo? I seem to remember you like using preamps with speaker IR in fiddlicator ?
