Wouldn’t this thing deplete your battery power fast?
Excellent stuff @bedheadproducer

Really enjoyed that, and Ace too!
It shouldn't. Really it would be just like your power bank having those voltage options to begin with. I power my modular or synths from a power bank with a 12 - 15v output.
Impressive
Agree, that it shouldn't but I think it's rather expensive for what it does. But that may be just me.
What would be the cost of such a rig @bedheadproducer ?
sorry I missed this.
Ok here is a break down of the costs. Theoretically you don't need two amps, but you will have half the loudness and no stereo sound. Amps $150 each at Sams Club. The Audiobox Itwo was 150 as well, but they make a smaller model with one imput instead of 2 for $100. Then there is the cost of 2 usb cables, the Ipad and the software. This price will vary of course based on individual choice and if you can afford an ipad, you could use your iphone and use audio evolution as your DAW. Cubasis cost me 25 on sale, but it's generally $50.00 and the guitar app, Jamup is free but I upgraded it fully to the pro version and this gives you the same amps and fx as positive grids other plugin, bias amp and the presets are interchangeable. I'm pretty sure Drum Perfect Pro is $20, Ifretless is $20 as are almost all of the plugins I used. What I didn't show in the video is I have since aquired an Apple usb 3 camera kit so that I can keep the ipad charged at all times, but unfortunately the built in usb power on the amps don't have enough of an amperage rating so I have to add a portable charger to the setup, which in my case are two 12 volt motorcycle sized batteries that I got for 20 each on line and an AC to DC power invertor that I paid 60 for at Autozone. The outback amps each come with a microphone with a quarter inch input. I've decided to run the audiobox outbox into the quarter inch jacks because the 8th inch inputs are easy to break and get a short in and you will have to wiggle the cable to get sound to work until it eventually gives out, but the quarter inch inputs are way more robust and I don't ever see breaking them. If someone wants to do the general math for a total....they can post it after me. I didn't buy any of these all at once. I bought them gradually so it didn't hurt so much. I started with one amp instead of two. Oh, the apple usb kit was 36 on amazon. Now if you are low on horsepower on your ipad, because it's older I would suggest adding a zoom on1 for 59 bucks as your guitar modeler. I have one and will bring that as my back up if I start getting any kind of glitching or the ipad dies and a two track play along track on my phone will be my backup for the backing music. Lastly I ordered a bias bt4, bluetooth midi foot switch so I can change patches inside of jamup with my feet, but I"m going to try automating those patch changes in cubasis and program the footpedal to start and stop cubasis.....and stuff.
Here is a link to the presets. I didn't program these....I just picked them from biases online sharing section and discarded presets that sounded like crap.

Thanks, @bedheadproducer ! So these are Bias presets rather than Jamup presets?
no, those are jamup presets. But I may be wrong, but I think they are interchangeable. You may have to back up your existing presets, load this backup of mine, move the presets to a new spot and then restore your old preset..I'm not sure.
Saw a peculiar set up by Eric Mouquet with a self powered Onde by La Voix du Luthier (an acoustic speaker for electronic instrument and guitars) at Youtube: https://youtube.com/watch?v=hQtSIQSR_AM
Don't know if it really to hear at Youtube. Guess one should hear it really live for the true sound of it: https://la-voix-du-luthier.com
