  • Yep, subscription like I thought. However, 100gb multiplatform cloud storage for $9.99/month is not bad. The "bad" is the app. Oh the app functions just fine, but it's the watered down version of Premiere. There doesn't even appear to be a way to automate internal audio effects/speeding up and slowing down of videos/etc in Premiere Rush like there is in Lumafusion/Luma Touch.

That said, if the full iOS Photoshop will be $9.99/month and include the full 100gb cloud storage, I'm in.

If this is any indication of what we can expect with the upcoming iOS PotatoShop then we’re fk’d. I cannot come to grips with understanding any part of this companies trajectory. And for some reason my Adobe hate is lit to high heavens this afternoon. My dollars are funding the development of this iOS Adobe nonsense. Why do they have so many damn apps! They make an entirely new one just to add a feature to the other one. They’re paving a road with pebbles. If anyone is curious about this app then it’s simple. Luma Fusion does more via a single menu than the entirety of this POS.

Actually the LightRoom app is quite nice. But the rest are forgettable from the get go. Okay, my opinions = muted.

For me Adobe is totally removed from my all computers and iPads...
    100% satisfied with Affinity Suite...
And, when Affinity bring Publisher to iPad under 2019 we will have a nice Affinity Suite there also!
As a freak I have bought every Affinity app and program to both Mac and Windows + iPad...

Just now I tested the betaversion of Publisher on both Mac & Windows, and, really promising and probably an 1.0 release under 2018!

  • Interesting. Users, myself included, tend not to think of the challenge it is for Adobe to port this massive code built up over so many years to iOS. Adobe, as big as they are, couldn't just snap their fingers and move in on an evolving mobile platform that probably choked on it until the latest devices. Sounds like they're doing it primarily for existing customers, nevertheless a huge market, and to provide a seamless, reliable workflow between platforms. If and when they get there, sold as part of the subscription or not, it'll be nice to have this additional option on my iPad.

See? These are my EXACT thoughts here. :) Like, there are many subscriptions that are bullshit. However, Creative Cloud is not one of those. I just hope it won't be $31.99/month for iOS-only users but rather $9.99-$14.99/month much like Premiere Rush.
