After using the looper in kosmonaut, i cant help but desire an app that expands on this function.
I think Bram would be da man for the job.
Seems a much needed app.

As far as looping goes, what would you want that can't be done with Koz now? Or at least multiple instances in AUM and routing audio through diff channels for multi-track looping.
Honestly Koz is the most full-featured delay/looper APP outside of Mobius on a PC that I've used once you set it up properly. Granted there are other looping environments that are more full featured in their loop'ness like quantiloop, Loopy HD, etc., but to just do looping and tape delay stuff a la Frippertronics (or in my case Frippercussion(R)(tm)
) it's perfect.
Keep in mind that if you bind midi to tape length it can go waaaaaaayyyyyy past 8.
