Well , I do use AdGuard dns (or Open dns) servers as default DNS in my ipad for adblocking, but they didn't work in the official YouTube app which ridiculously played 2-3 ads per video......
Edit: In case 'musi' app is gone ,it would be nice to post other similar (but free) app....
