Honestly, I don't think this app is for "us" here at AF. The App Store boilerplate appeals to users who "feel lost in overcomplex filters and effects."
I will say that the sounds really are not bad. Doug got some nice stuff going right away.
But the whole vibe leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I'm really put off by their web site, which doesn't ONCE say how much the thing costs. I found $6.49 a month in another thread, which works out to about $78 a year. For four monophonic instruments. And then if you decide to stop paying, well, that's that.
