Generaluser SF2 soundfont into Stagelight
I really like the generaluser soundfont - http://www.schristiancollins.com/generaluser.php
It’s an SF2 file so won’t import into Stagelight. Does anyone know if you can import an SF2 to an SFZ? The only other way is to get Bismark - seems a bit unnecessary though?
Comments
An SFZ is a text file with commands that refers to the samples. If you had access to the samples in the SF2 file you could use them to create an SFZ file.
Sforzando On plague.com is a macOS or Windows app that can do these conversions.

Thanks. Will see if I can figure it out. If I do I’ll post it here
