A light price reduction will not offend people. What however does offend people is, if apps that are just launched and, in iOS terms expensive, get free (BM3) or heavily reduced (Fluxpad that went on sale within 2 weeks for less than 50% I believe).
Love the Klevgrand sale vid. Very smartly done.
Agree smartly done! Klevgrand really knows how to make cool looking things but do they stand out as we're talking about audio?

Analog Kit was a real fun app. Same that it's dead.
If Pro Q2 auv3 was 50% on sale, I would buy it.
If Korg drops a new app or Gadget I'll be on it
Has that ever happened?
So worth it at 100 or even %200...
When I hear how much you guys all love Pro Q2 i always wish I would understand why and would appreciate the worth of an EQ plugin - oh my...
Pro Q2 is not a simple EQ, it's the king of EQs
You only really see the 'critical' value in the later mixing/mastering stages of a large-ish project, in my opinion. Before that point, I wouldn't actually bring too many feature rich 'big guns' out (complicates late stage work and bogs down workflow) and mainly just work with simple fixes (built-ins where possible). Probably 99% of my EQ and compression work is done with AUM/BM3/Harrison Mixbus builtins, but that last 1% wouldn't be possible without the power of some much more feature rich machinery.
I'm on the fence with Pro Q-2 AU actually, as I completely 100% see the value, but my audio will always be moved to a DAW environment before I would ever use a tool like that on it (in combination with finely tuned levels/metering/analyser tools). For that reason, it'd kind of be a luxury for me. Maybe I'll pick up the AU at a later date when I can justify the luxury for access to it in AUM/BM3/AB.
No, it was only launched this year
Thanks Matt!
Thankful for any savings! It’s Thanksgiving holiday after all so I’m grateful!
My iPad is currently broken screen but was able to tape it together to still touch screen. So I’ll try to get a tunes gift card to get this awesome synth.
Arturia V collection 6 upgrade + SSD = $kint
I'll get this one too
So true in my case (I live in Brazil). But I already got D1 and it sure was one of the best purchases of the year
Fingerlab's modular went free, if i'm not wrong. Ripplemaker and Zmors Modular are awesome buys for sure. Analog kit is sitting on my wishlist forever, but I guess it's abandonware by now.
Which one is Ops?
Ah, you're missing out on some great plugins. I don't know that I'd say "all" AD plugins are must haves, but ADverb2, Phase Three are definitely worth having for their quality sound. I plan on buying the rest I don't have sooner (if sale) or later: EOS is the main one I'm interested in, but it's $9 for me to get 3 of 4 apps i don't have for the bundle. I have Kosmonaut so Dubstation isn't critical to have (but I do like it).
This one:

The developer @macduff was active on the forums, but seems to have stopped his activity around here and elsewhere on the web. His app may be abandoned as well which surely does not necessarily mean it is useless. But it was never reduced in price so I guess it never will be.
Which Fingerlab modular do you mean? The only thing which comes close to a modular is Musyc Pro but that is still paid. Got a free version of that though.
Also I forgot some (more or less) modular synths I am still waiting to pick up: KQ MiniSynth, SunVox, Thor, Caustic, iVCS3, TC-11 and ROTOR. Tera would be an option too but that looks way to complicated to me.
Hi - I'm still around! And my apps are not abandonded and should still be working. A Black Friday discount is not a bad idea...!
Oh wow, an answer from you was the last thing I expected. I previously checked your profile, Ops forums and Twitter and assumed you took a break from the internet. "Abandoned" always has this negative connotation, and thus was probably the wrong word to describe the situation, sorry! If a product is complete and runs without major problems, there certainly is no reason to keep it constantly updated to make the impression of "still supporting" the app
While you are reading this: A sale would make me buy the app guaranteed, but still, even if you won't reduce its price will probably buy it some day to complete my modular collection. Ops looks like a great entry point to modular synthesis, especially with the touch orientated UI. I am still looking for an app with which I can explain the concepts of modular synthesis to my girlfriend but I have not been very successful yet because most apps look pretty intimidating. Yours does not! Also, the name is cute.
Hi @Zaubrer!
Yeah, I agree. I actually have a problem with apps constantly updating for the sake of it. If a tool works well and you get to know it, it can be a pain if it keeps changing.
That said, I'd still like to be working on my apps, but I've had no time at all recently - hence the internet silence. Maybe later next year.
Anyhow - I've just set up a half price sale for Black Friday weekend, so if you get Ops, hope you like it!
Nice to discover apps, in this case Ops, through a Black Friday sales thread
If not too expensive I would probably buy this one just to try out. Video on website makes me curious.
And there are early birds like me who got it for $4.99
Animoog... wow. I had no idea. At $30 I wouldn't try it but for $9.99 on iPad and $2.99 iphone I got both and it's really something. It's AB/IAA so only one instance. IAP's only work on the platform used to purchase.
Never saw this before. A sale price would get my interest. I see it's 9.99 currently. Anyone know if that IS the sale price or will the Black Friday sale not kick in til, you know, Black Friday. Damn pedants
It's 9.99 regularly.
Thanks. In that case I shall keep my sweaty palms pocketed until the weekend
Expected Apple BF sales (strange)
