Sync apps when record into Cubasis

Guys, how do you sync Сubasis with other apps when recording ?

If it's AU everything is ok. If it's Patterning, Samplr or iElectribe there's records always out of the grid. No sync, no Link. I tried to press play/pause until I catch the beat with metronome (and it works!) but it looks to orthodox. After that I feels like it's time to take my club and get out of the cave for hunt

  • You could record your drums as an audio file into Audioshare- trim it to the start then drop it in as an audio track - which is the way I put my drums (and everything else 🤫) into Cubasis.

  • Samplr works great with Midifire to sync with Cubasis (clock, start and stop).

  • I don't know about the other apps you mention, but Patterning can be synched with Cubasis. Add a track in Cubasis for Patterning. In Patterning, make sure to set the appropriate sync options in its MIDI setup and set the sync options in Cubasis, too.
