About giving each track its own pattern section. I guess we can somehow solve the problem of loosing the ability to see the whole pattern. It can be made by displaying the events of all tracks in some particular track editor view but making only the current track editable and the other readonly. There could be some toggle button to show/hide the other track's events.
What do you think?
Yes, I also find it annoying to scroll through a long sequence. I think a little overview window is a way to go. It will show you your current position and also allow to navigate quickly to the required area. Will add it to my TODO.
I like this idea. Maybe dim or slightly transparent read only tracks, to be able to easily tell which track you can edit in the current track window.
Just released an update (v2.5.2) with a fix for this issue. Thanks again for reporting!
Love this app, thanks a million ;-)
Is it possible to introduce rests in the counterpoint?
Also, is it possible to induce swing?
