A fair old amount of Launchpad too.

  • How’s recording into the cells?

  • And still not external controller support...?

If not it should add as soon as possible. No external controller support is odd for an app like this.

Last i heard they were concentrating on making this as a touch app and not interested in MIDI control, that is why I have not dived into this app.
Shame because the app itself is very capable.

    Ok, thanks. No interest anymore!

  • Email them, they are very honest and will tell you that it will never have controller support, you need to buy the desktop version for that, crappy but honest.

  • Midi Controller support for desktop only? Not very clever in my opinion. I’m a bit sad that Looptunes gets no further development, it has universal controller support 😉

and yet they keep adding features that have long been desired...
did you guys know that they were the first app of this sort with timestretching and drag n drop samples, long before the celebrated competition?.... I wouldn't count them out on the controller support, minds can change.

  • can you record directly into the app?

  • will it work via audiobus aum or apematrix ?> @eross said:

But why not just enjoy the app for what it is, it has no hardware support, they are clear it will never have any hardware support, so move on and just use the app as intended, holding out vague hope for a feature they have clearly stated wont happen, recipe for getting annoyed.

  • I've had it since release and never been annoyed with it, when it came out it was a breath of fresh air. re vague hope: I guess the iOS platform gives lots of practice for such things, I hope daily for sample import, midi in and out , and panning in apps that have a tracks but no panning.... hope is better than despair...

  • Yeah im a tester and happily bought it on desktop for MIDI controller support.

  • anybody know how you duplicate the sample in the edit window?

  • also on iphone. the transpose button in the editor only goes up or down by one semi tone. is this just a bug, or am i missing something ?
