Caustic noob,... Skins and presets

Just got it! After many recommendations and I'm really digging it so far!
I'm going to try to make my signature ambient / down tempo stuff...

Is there a place to find presets?

And where is that awesome skin I saw here a few weeks ago??

Caustic is awesome, favorite standalone app.

BIG TIP: PCM synth loads soundfonts/sf2 files.

Great tips about getting sounds. Caustic is great.
Besides .sf2 in the PCM Synth you can also use .sfz files (convert them to .sf2 first with Polyphone:

The PCM Synth also loads FL Studio .instr files..

I would also advice you to search for 'Caustic project file', 'Caustic 3 file', Caustic 3 template' on Youtube. Caustic has a big community of cool people sharing their project files and offering template files with cool presets to get you started...
