Its a beautiful thing, my laptop is now a sound module for NS2. Once I have something cooking that I like I can just bounce it from the laptop and drop it into slate. Once we have audio tracks, AUfx automation and ProQ3, mmmm yum!

Feel exactly the same. Got a Maschine 3 thingie for Christmas which makes packets of interesting noise and all I find myself wanting to do is pull off the best bars and insert them into NS2...

  • 2019 will be my year of NanoStudio! I find it a pleasure to be in. An absolute dream for me.

Anyone grab any of the IAPs? Which one(s)?

Same here. I haven’t even gone through all of them yet but there are plenty of good ones so far. Obsidian is a beast. After spending some quality time with it I’m less likely to go out-of-house for synths. Although some synths are “better” sounding, I’m looking to get sounds that sit well together. Obsidian does that for me.

The same to you both! I am enjoying using The OB, but I am also very grateful for the logical/simple filing system as I find myself elsewhere and bringing in all kinds of sounds and loops made out in the IAA world....I am looking forward to 2019 for many reasons, but I would be lying if I didn't admit that the addition of NS2 is a contributory part to the optimistic overall :)

  • @anickt @JohnnyGoodyear Lot of inspiration and great music in 2019 ! And of course to everyone else too, no matter which DAW you use

  • Why create seperate topics about the Nanostudio 2 as there already is one?

    Dito!
Although I love Beatmaker 3 a lot (and many other super great music apps), Nanostudio 2 has been an amazing acquaintance, the best ever!
I bought NS1 back in the 2010, but never really used it, and, I feel ashame to admit, but the talk about NS2 coming in this forum never engages me (Honestly I tought it never would be released - ever...)...

But, here we are, and Nanostudio 2 has change our lifes (at least for some of us) and we are happier than ever ;-)

Why hype once when you can hype twice ?
