I lusted after this for one feature it's got that not even any software i can find has... Patterns PER VOICE!!!
It's such an amazing idea and something I've been trying to do for a while... closest I could ever get is using Genome's "clip" launching ability and have each track be a separate drum. It works REALLY well, but takes soo much connection/wiring every time I fire it up as all the midi routing gets broken when you close apps...
Only other way is to have multiple instances of something like XOX or Rhythm, one for each drum...
But the Crazy8 Beats sure does look cool... but the price is hard to swallow. I bought an entire TR8S new for $100 more...
