Changing scenes in gadget

So I used to be able to double tap a scene in gadget and it would play it right away, but now it won't go to tha next scene until the current one playing ends, ..

Is it a result of having link enabled?

Or is there a setting I'm missing somewhere?

    What are you using link to sync to ? You could maybe throw in Link to MIDI or if using AUM or Launchpad app send MIDI Clock from those to Gadget and use Link to sync the rest of the apps ?

    That can be annoying with long scenes. What you can do however with Link enabled is just stop transport and play another scene, you will not have to wait.

    I have a lot of things going on...
    I have a song playing scenes in auxy, a little bass line playing thru in groovebox and 4 synths playing in gadget

    Are you tweaking the synths or just muting them ? If not tweaking you could convert to audio loops and then play them back in blocs or launchpad ?

    I'm basically just playing them live with automation recorded in, probably tha best option just to export it!
