This is how I do it in Quantiloop pro

To import an audio file to a track
    1. under each track is a edit button hit it.
    2. Some window will open up at the top of that window you will see Track # settings and to the right
a icon that looks like a tape loop with a down arrow select the icon and a window will open
with the import choices of Pasteboard, Audioshare, AudioCopy, itunes, Browse (for the doc picker).

You can also import an audio file into the global rhythm track thing.

I can post a movie later if this is not clear.

Cheers dude much appreciated info thanks

  • I never got along with Group The Loop, and so have always favored QuantiLoop for guitar related stuff, Loopy HD from Michael for any sample/synth based music and lately BM3 for pad triggered things. Honestly Looper HD can do it all and significantly better than GTL in my view.
