Any success on MIDI Learning the pads on Gadget (Recife Drum Machine) to your keyboard controller?
Hi, I’m trying to on my just purchased Arturia MiniLab. It is not possible it seems 🙄😠 Any workarounds? I’m new to this music making business. I’d appreciate any insights

Gadget pads only respond to C2 to D#3 (MIDI notes 24 to 39). If you can’t reprogram your controller you can use something like MidiFire or Midiflow to do the conversion.
Took a quick look at the MiniLab manual, you should be able to just reprogram the pad settings.
Yes, I tried reprogramming the pads but I’m getting weird noises when I hit the pads. I got an error when upgrading the firmware, so maybe the keyboard got corrupted, I think I’m going to exchange it for a new one. Thanks for the input!
