Are there any iOS Apps than install .ipa files direct within the ipad?

I have transfered a few back up .ipa files to my ipad - are there any apps that install .ipa files within the ipad so I do not have to use itunes or ifunbox or my mac
Would be a complete mobile solution - any app that could do this would be a bestseller.

    Not without jailbreaking. iOS is made for phones, not musicians, and the flexibility we all want on the iPad stands in stark contrast with the best-possible security on a smartphone.
    BTW, what's the point in storing ipa files on the iPad instead of installing them in the first place?

    @stormbeats

    jailbreaking is not needed until those are ipa-s are apps which you officialy bought on your device...

    If you did, then you need just dragndrop those files to iTunes and then sync them to phone ... it should work because those IPA files are signed by your user account certificate, so they are valid for your devices - itunes app (if you are signed in itunes with your apple account) will normally accept those files ...

    at least few years ago it did work this way, i had backed up IPA files and restored them to my device to avoid need of physically download all of them again exactly this way ...
