Forum Members! Post your Non iOS Tracks.
It occurred to me that we might not hear the creations of many forum members because their tracks are not primarily iOS. I can understand why they would be loathe to post these on the forum. So I thought I might coax them to post some stuff to let us in on what they are doing. It is off topic so perfectly legit for folks to let us hear some great music. So, please don't be reluctant... Post!

First jam on my new TR-8S:
I've got a bunch of old music here, in addition to some other bands whose tracks I've played on:
https://soundcloud.com/davelionelli
This album is a fave of my session musician back catalog:
https://open.spotify.com/album/2Joai86dsbapzyRIIKfKtS
Hipster folk with a strong celtic vibe and fantastic female lead (the primary songwriter). I played all the basses (electric fretless and upright). Tracked in Parr St Studio one and I also did a lot of the musical arrangement/MD work with the additional session musicians that were brought in for that record.
As a counterpoint to that one, here's a ridiculous jazz fusion record (rehearsal with cover art..) me and some friends 'released' a few years back:
https://spectrumfusion.bandcamp.com/
I jammed the fuck out on a fretted bass and bunch of effects pedals.
One of the last "real" tracks from the "real" studio (with cables and blinking lights and all)
instinctive - Light My Fire (Springbreeze Remix)
Here’s an improvisation I did on a piano.
And op-z cover
@Tarekith, very cool jam. I forgot what moving actual controls was! @Daveypoo were you playing guitar in Rocking in the same boat? Loved the vocal.
@OscarSouth Damn good bass playing, Oscar. Loved Buenos Aires. @SevenSystems great to hear something from you. Powerful rhythm and well done. Thanks @ion677 that first is lovely. Good take on Toto.
I hate to say it, but it's nice to come up for air after so much iOS diving. Thanks, guys. Gives a different perspective of the forum. Hope more will contribute!

The band I was in before babies and NanoStudio took over. Recorded in my basement. http://murderatsea.com/

except of tracks 3,4,6,9,16 (nanostudio, bm2) rest is my pre-ios production era lot of hw synths used in those tracks, various daws (reason, cubase, reaper, logic)
An ideal time to plug my band, We Used To See The Sky: https://open.spotify.com/track/1Mek99XAURyEJlcxLJaJtf?si=19MljxFCS42rYlf76GTS1w
Silly question, would, or could that include, music that has benn sighed to Record Labels too, in this description?... Mind you that then paste links to where to buy, & it would only snippet edits, with lower slight quality, really.... & it will look like a Promo type of thing.... Mmmmmm... On second thoughts... forget I said this....
This one was featured in one of Imageline's tutorials.
Made in FL Studio, the instruments of which were DSK's free VST plugs.
My last completed track (been a couple months now )

@LinearLineman - Great idea
@gkillmaster - very arresting tracks. Gotta follow you forward.
@dendy - Senec, Slovakia Sonic Goodness.
@syrupcore That acoustic mix takes me back to some bands I have played with.
@ion677 the piano endures! accept no imitations.
@SevenSystems You make your EDM tracks hypnotic.> @OscarSouth Spotify won't behave for me. Spectrum Fusion is my Jam.
@Daveypoo That Blues Band is recorded so well. It just moves in a takes over the spare bedroom.
@Tarekith I could just solo over that for hours.
@LinearLineman I played bass on Rockin' in the Same Old Boat. I'm super proud of that track - the boys really nailed the whole Muscle Shoals feel with that one.
Generally I'm hired to play bass or engineer more than anything else. Most of the stuff on my SoundCloud that isn't under my own name is me on bass.
You can hear my guitar (in)abilities on these tracks:
Mexican Bulldog by Friction Shift:
Taking Care of Uncle Floyd by Doug Woods & Colin Powell: https://dougwoodsandcolinpowell.bandcamp.com/track/taking-care-of-uncle-floyd
On the Doug & Colin tune, I'm playing all the rhythm guitar parts and Colin is taking the lead.
Thanks for your genuine interest, @LinearLineman
I sincerely appreciate the very unique perspective and experience you bring to the forum, sir. Next time I'm in Istanbul, drinks are on me - and if you ever swing by San Francisco, let me know.
I hadn't even thought about it, but I existed before iOS, too. Here are two tracks from twenty years back, Noteoscopy and Lush Life... on real pianos....

It will take some time to listen to all the posts, but I look forward to it! I hope a lot of folks will take all this in.
@LinearLineman we actually made a video of us jamming that one out. It's a ridiculous composition! Great solos from the guitarist and drummer on this take:
I'll also just leave this here.. (quality tune):
College piece from the early 80s. Rather long, but it does develop over time.
Imaginary TV adventure serial theme. Late 80s.
https://choon.co/tracks/0ymqjzmmobp/the-troubleshooters/
A track I co-wrote for a prog rock band I was in. Late 90s.
Something from just after leaving the prog rock band.
https://choon.co/tracks/0vgrvsyltc8/fools-rush-in/
My band. Same band that got me into iOS music after the drummer moved. Continuing in a similar style just with electro drum and bass. More on that soon, but here is prior stuff.
Last full album. Also on iTunes, Amazon, Stealify, etc. if you have streaming there.

Last video we did. Amalgam of real people I have known, but imagined as a mutant who doesnt age. He has become cold and bitter over many years. Friend is a clock maker/repairman. Just had the idea when I was over for dinner that he would make a good subject for the video.
Going back a bit, one of my vinyl releases from 2001/2 ish. This is the B-side
And something from yesterday in a different vein
Take heed, unsettling is a vibe I actively seek out. This EP is the sum of a microKorg, TE PO32, Circuit, Unfiltered Audio, Izotope, and MULAB+MUX. There’s some moments and some noodles, and it’s not mixed for small devices.

This is me, enjoy!
One of my bouncier moments from last year https://thinds.bandcamp.com/album/layer
Edit: Just noticed the release date. 2017, how the time flies.
I think ive listened to everything so far, i like all the diversity! Linear Lineman, “lush life” is really nice i can really hear that being used in lofi hiphop as well as just being very good by itself! Thanks everyone for sharing!
Oldie but a goodie. That's the one ballad from the album. If you are a fan of late 70s-early 80s power pop give the whole album a spin. I feel like I did a really damn good take on the style that can hang with most the predescessors that inspired me.
@tarekith Really cool, especially the dipsy-doo at around 2:44. I like watching (skilled) people 'play' a drum machine live
@Daveypoo Listened to Stone Cold Groovin and Midnight Groove at random. Huge Booker T. & The MGs/Steve Cropper fan so these were right up my alley. Really good. That synth solo on Midnight Groove is searing!
I'm working my way through so there will be continuous edits. Apologies if the forum keeps sending notifications for every edit.
I’d been keep my online aspect apart from my dev aspect (for very mundane uninteresting reasons) but a couple of things happened prior to my landing up in hospital that mean I don’t need to

Thanks for listening. I assure you, other than the drums, no acoustic instruments were harmed, or indeed used, in that cacophony. I guess playing the guitar and bass and synths through actual amps and stuffing mics in front of said amps might generously be considered acoustic.
Here is my Honestle it is not a 'track' because I used here standard tools from Digitech Trio Plus, my pedalboard and real amp.
@gkillmaster you are the Stephan King of sound.
@syrupcore loved your stuff, esp Summer Isn't Here. Cool dissonance. I could go to title school on you.
Thanks @Dendy. Energy Drink was just that. Can iOS make that immediacy?
@Michael_R_Grant , sorry, could not get to the track somehow.
@jwmmakerofmusic liked it a lot, joyful with a Japanese edge.
Gets pretty epic. Everyone should listen to this,
@vitocorleone123 Beautiful. So many talented people on this forum.
@Daveypoo Mex. BD...nice and laid back at 1:16. Don't know why this reminds me of Octopus's Garden but it does. One for Uncle draws me in. Really good evolution and super guitar licks.
Thanks @OscarSouth so are you rhythm guitar or bass? And how long ago was this made? I listened to another take of this earlier. Top notch.
I'm listened out now, but will return. These postings really fill out personalities for me. Makes everyone who posts much more real somehow. I hope others are enjoying this as much as I am.
What is the essence of difference between this and iOS production? I feel something but cannot define it. Not making one better than the other... just a different vibe.
