I don't if anybody ever tried this but in a recent e-mail I got this:
"We are confident that 2014 will see the Audiotool application running on HTML5 in the browser and natively on a variety of platforms like iOS and Android. 2014 will also see us focus on improving performance, realtime collaboration and new instruments. So in short, the future is bright".
Reminds me of tabletop but i thinks this was done before tabletop.
