Steinberg ur22mkii High pitch noise

I am pretty disapointed with the Steinberg ur22mkii. At random times i get this loud high pitch noise coming from the interface. I have to unplug and replut interface. It a annoyance while recording. But it makes playing live completely out of the question.

I did update the firmware from my pc. Btw I could not get it to connect from window 7 or 8. Only on Windows 10.

Did anybody have thatproblem and did you fix it?

I forgot to say it is doing that while using it with my iPad. Can I change the loop back with iOS?

  • Hi Ecou, hope you are enjoying Spacecraft with the new update. I have a UR22 also. Wish I could help except to say I have no such problems and it is a great unit. There must be an answer!
