Audiobus compatible apps (korg)

Ive downloaded Korg gadget and module, both trial versions. Im trying them as input or output in audiobus 3 but both dont show. Does it need to be ourchased version for it to work, or is it not compatible at all? :(

Are you sure you’re on the Audio, not Midi tab? Are you looking under Apps, not Audio Units? Are you looking for apps starting with K for Korg, and not G for gadget, M for module? Have you tried opening the standalone apps outside of AudioBus first?

If none of those helps, then maybe it is due to the demo versions. I don’t recall if they show up, but I would think that they would. I can definitely say that the full versions have basic AB compatibility.

  • Okay thanks so much. @wim yes ive done all that you said . Maybe its because of demo version. So ill be able to use korg module as input in audio, audiobus 3 for iphone 6? (Sorry im new to this forum)

    Yep! 😎

[edit] at least I can say for sure for Gadget and that I have used Module before on an iPhone 6. I can’t actually verify Module at this moment because it’s uninstalled due to lack of storage space. Works on the iPad though, so I’m sure you won’t have any issues.

  • Cool thanks i didnt want to buy before i made sure!

  • Korg has good sales often. You might want to wait a bit if these apps aren’t on sale right now.

  • @natmckeever

Korg Modules and Gadget will work with Audiobus 3 on iPhone...

  • @chandroji oh great thats a very reassuring picture!

Im planning to use iphone for live playing. So im setting up apps to use, i know Only a bit about AUM at the moment and i found out garageband doesnt work as input on AB3 as well. Currently looking for synths and intruments. Maybe you guys can help me out?
