Is there a lightweight way to convert ChordPolyPad touches to ARP sequences?
Is there a lightweight way to convert ChordPolyPad touches to ARPs?
I found a tutorial here that connects ChordPolyPad, ModStep, and StepPolyArp, but it looks pretty heavyweight.
Ideally, I could tap on a pad (either with strum or without), then move to another pad, and so on. Instead of getting chords, the notes chosen for the ARP switch out seamlessly.
Any creative ideas? :) Thanks!

Rozetta suite Arp?
@inakarmacoma - It’s totally simple with AudioBus...
ChordPolyPad > StepPolyPad Unit > Whatever you like
or
ChordPolyPad > Rozeta Arpeggio > Whatever you like
for example...
Audiobus preset 'ChordPolyPad Arp': http://preset.audiob.us/1vc7oGWJwdMQGyM
Note that StepPolyPad Unit is different than the older SrepPolyArp app. The older app wasn’t AUv3. The tutorial you saw may have been for the older app.
Oh, wow. Thank you! This is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you so much for including the preset. It was plug & play! Couldn't ask for more. You rock, wim, thanks Halftone!
sweet. It’s so nice when things are easy.😎
i wish the rest of life was like that!
@inakarmacoma
Lovely idea! I'm not really an arpeggiating guy but this must be a fun variation on my ChordPolyPad chord collection 👍🏼😄
@inakarmacoma
You know that ChordPadPoly has a built in Strum feature that can act like an arp, in which you can determine the length of time and the direction (up down random)?
@wim Nice!
