Nice one Doug. That info will always be useful to people starting out.
I retweeted, facebooked, tumblered, reddited this. More people need to know about this.
Nice one Doug, as always! I have shared this on some music forums i frequent.
There is a growing demand for simple and informative tuturials on how to control hardware synths with the iPad aswell!
Thanks guys, I think that sometimes people don't like to ask. I spend a lot of time promoting this forum and iOS and how far we have come in the last twelve months. Do you remember back in March 2013 I made a video called a beginners guide to Audiobus, I thought when I made that it would maybe do 500 to 1000 views tops, well so far it has nearly 9000 views and gets viewed daily and I still get mail thanking me for making it. Sometimes we forget just how easy it is to start making music with iOS, even while I was making the video I thought wow this really is simple.
That is just great! I ve got today ah Apple CCK cable for my iPad Air, and tomorrow I ll go shopping for a Midi Controller (Novation or the Arturia like in the video). Appreciated your help for a beginner ....
Thanks for another very clear and usefull video!
Nice one Doug , I have also tested the Arturia MiniLab with Sample Tank and the controls of Sample Tank is mapped to MiniLab.
