There is no real-time swing in NS2 sadly, but you can use the quantize options to set or change swing after the event. Select some notes or regions and use the quantize tools at the bottom of the screen.
AFAIK very few apps on iOS actually have what I would call real-time swing where you can actually hear the changes live as you dial them in. The Lumbeat apps do this, and it's super-useful. GarageBand also does it.
@richardyot cheers - yes Thats what Ive been doing with regards to what you mentioned. Bm3 gives real time global swing This would be good for NS2.
