Hi, i don‘t understand your question - i don‘t see a meteringin your screenshot except for the main meter which shows a very quiet -80/-90db signal. The frequency graph is probably only shown when there is an input signal to ProQ.
If i feed a signal into ProQ and use the same setup, i get the following:
