Late, but thanks, anyway...
I can't imagine another thing more exasperating slower that accessing the store to enter a promo code (sic).
How does this promo code work? Where can I enter it?
On ipad, go to the Store, Categories, bottom of page, Exchange, you have enter your password, enter the code...and pray.
On PC, similar thing, but it takes twice of time or more. iTunes does by itself whatever it wants before let you the control.
