    Pluggable brand USB3 hub, cheap and never ever gives me a problem. The entire studio is more or less hooked up to it at once, highly recommended.

    A plain D-Link powered USB-hub.

    I've read some really aggressively negative reviews about the Elektron USB hub. More surprising: they were on the Elektronauts site. It is by an order of magnitude more expensive than most USB hubs, too.

    I read reviews here and on some Facebook groups which pointed me toward the one below because it has plenty of amps for the iPad and other things. I have the 4 and the 7 port. Anker gets good reviews too, but I got the Vantec because I like aluminum over plastic when I got to look at them in person. Probably silly. I have no objective reason to distrust the Anker ones.

    I bought a powered USB Hub assuming I could have my controller communicate with my iPad and iPhone. But only the device using the CCK adapter "sees" the controller and the Hub only has 1 hardwired port that can connect to a single CCK. Is there something I'm missing about using a powered USB Hub with IOS devices? As I recall the iConnect 4 has the
    capability to act as the USB Host. 2 IOS devices are designed to connect over USB since only one can be the host.

    I think it's normal, you have to route midi from the main iOS device to the other with midiflow or a similar app
