I only use my Wacom Bamboo for my Sugar bytes apps, especially Thesys!
Oh and for Photoshop Touch and a few other painting and vector apps, but I guess Im on the wrong forum for that haha!
I'd find it frustration got be having stuff to hold, then put down to play the midi controller. I love ipad over a computer precisely because there's nothing between me and the app, no mouse or stylus. Saying that with a design or drawing app it is a completely different story. I almost never use a pick when I play my guitar because I'd always end up misplacing it and feeling sorry for myself.

I have used Wacom Bamboo from past few months, and it was a worth stylus for me as it is fulfilling all my needs.Talk to her, she will had used many other stylus till now for music videos.
