Bought this deal from hgsounds BUT they only work in kontakt player for 15min. Been looking at the full kontakt.... anyone know if you can delete individual parts of the full content to save some space on pc?
You can install the full Kontakt without installing the whole library. I have Kontakt 5 (as part of Komplete 11 Standard). I think the basic Kontakt 5 install is 1-2GB. The optional full library is another ~25GB. You can choose what to install in Native Access.
Or maybe just go for Komplete Standard? Not that much more expensive, at least when it’s on sale, and includes the full Kontakt 6, and loads more goodies.

Just jumped in on this too, really glad I did, nice and experimental, reminds me a bit of the rhythmic robot stuff, but with more control and randomisation, I really wanted the gravity wave synth but it didn't pop up in my selection, one I'll grab later, absolute bargain for 16ish quid.
Yup. Never dived into such a thingie previously, but glad I did. Silly money really for all the bits and bobs.
Hoping my haul will inspire me to finish something, so far, so good, after a jazz cigarette tho, get the feeling I'll be back to tweaking.
Don’t know what DAW you use, but these work brilliantly in Live - I record them into audio clips, and you can build up really amazing rhythmic pieces with them.
Off to look at that Gravity wave synth you’ve just mentioned...
I'm using logic, but I do have a copy of live lite, doing a similar thing to you, been playing with the movement kontakt synth that I got as an extra, pretty damn inspiring once I started hitting all the randomise buttons and putting it through an fx chain, then I bounce it out as audio. Can't believe I haven't got into this devs stuff before. If you buy gravity wave, it will count towards the group buy, might push it over the edge with a few other last minute shoppers and unlock the final stage, not that, ahem, I'm putting pressure on you or anything to get that last drum thing unlocked, what I've played with so far, I'm loving.
One thing i'd recommend when using kontakt, as the engine on a lot of libraries is set to the standard quality engine, if you want a higher quality output, (like using over sampling in plugins), press the spanner icon, at the top left of the library, scroll down to source, and change the HQI section from standard to perfect, it will cost more cpu cycles tho.

I'm in and these new instruments are really fantastic! Been using them a lot for my work. Super highly recommended and I don't have to mention what a great value they are. Any one of the instruments is worth a lot more to me than the price of the group buy. And they are being created in Kontakt 6 so I know he'll be taking advantage of some newer features there.
Not yet. There was only one synth included last time I checked, but I see there’s two now, and only 11 purchases required for the third one.
I most likely will - I use the instruments included in the first buy all the time. Really good, and the huge batch of samples they come with get used with other apps, such as Spacecraft.
Yeah, will check this out next week - that Serenity synth sounds very cool.
I think I will too. The value-for-money of the last lot was very very good, but I am more into Reaktor et al now, so will make more use of the trove......
