  • This so needed AB, It's very phatt and juicy, cool beans

  • Anyone know if the Lite/free version has audiobus or IAA ?

  • I do not show the lite version as an input in Audiobus.

  • Doug's review of patches, pre-audiobus.

  • If I have iMini is it worth getting this ?

  • Just tried the light version.
It sound very nice. However not sure yet regarding full version. Having iSem, Sunrizer, iMini and more. To continue another thread here, I'm very picky this days.an app must stand out and be unique...

I know what you mean shay, I am only looking for synths with great arps lately. I have more than enough sound to ever know what to do with pretty much. Looking more at drum apps and sequencer stuff. I just got a guitar interface so now I am looking at all the cool guitar apps I was missing out on. There really is not a lot of quality drum apps that I am finding unfortunately. A lot of beat box stuff and some very good ones, but very limited as far as drum loops especially in the rock pop genre.

Did you try impaktor? You build a loop by slapping a table etc...

It's not the tipical drum app but it is very cool.

  • I have thought about that one for some time but not tried it yet. I think I will go watch some youtube again about that.

  • Played again. There are some bugs popping up. After switching apps, i get latency and pops artifacts. While playing sounds the velocity changes sporadically and it is strange. You hit notes and suddenly one sound louder then the rest. The velocity difference is very dramatically.

Impaktor is fucking awesome. I run guitar into it and just strum rhythms, stack a few up and bam, quantized percussion track with a killer and often original feel. Impaktor was a definite score, and a staple in my workflow.

  • I saw a video of a guy with a guitar on youtube. How do you trigger Impaktor with it?

  • Microphone is turned off, guitar into channel 1 of an Apogee Duet. Direct monitoring is turned off in Maestro (the apogee app). That's it as far as I know. Didn't do any other configuration.
