My daily machine.
This is easily the biggest panic buy since I bought my house. Worth it? Yea or nay?
I'm repeating myself I'm so anxious. @johnfromberkeley You like? Is this one of the pros that gives people trouble?
Actually, don't answer that question. I bought and I don't want to hear otherwise.
Thank your for witnessing my consumerist meltdown.
Honestly, I think you made a good choice. $75 more right? And you got:
Only downside is the CPU and even that has mixed reviews right? Enjoy your new iPad Pro
oh man, been there.... still there
My 10.5 Pro has been my most solid performer for music! Also the last Pro with a headphone jack 😎
18 minutes left everybody!!!
I ordered a few small items I needed.
32gb Lexar SD card for my Roland TR-8S - $4.19
Amazon Basics 4 port USB wall charger for my Roland Boutiques - $14.69
Samsung 32gb micro SD card (which I ordered before realizing the Lexar was on sale) - $5.49
I didn’t notice any synths or anything else like that on sale. But I spent a good amount of money already on gear recently and had to pay my electric bill today. So I’m good. lol
You made a great last minute decision! The only thing that stopped me was the fact that I have a 9.7" Pro with 256Gb wi-fi/cellular and I am really happy with it. I have over 11,000 songs on it and close to 50,000 samples/kits and still have 64Gb available. I was tempted to jump on the 512Gb deal but I can wait at least another 3-6 months before upgrading.
Thanks, @Dham
One downside: It's gold. Basically the only flavor of iPad I would never naturally choose.
Pretty psyched. But, you know, chickens, hatching, counting; I'll report when it actually arrives.
The first link I saw on Amazon was for the gold one but they also had black and silver available. Gold would have also been the last color I chose, but not really a big deal because my Ipad stays in a black UAG custom case 99% of the time anyway.

Oh man, that right there is enough reason for noone to ever buy a 2019 iPad Air. I cannot believe that Apple is still releasing iOS devices with USB 2.0 transfer speeds. It makes no sense to me.
anyone using this one, what do you think ?

I was looking for an external ssd, couldn’t afford a 2gb one so in the end I went with a 1tb samsung 970 evo plus nvme m.2 and an external ssd enclosure, was on around £20 more than a samsung t7.
Reason I went for this instead, usb 3.2, nearly double speed of usb 3.1, up to 3.200 mb per second read/write speed and I can easily swap out the drive. Looks a lot like the one you posted, but larger, priced it up in dollars 2tb 970 evo plus was between $239-299 and the enclosure $30, you could go even cheaper if you went with a crucial ssd.
The prices I noticed vary wildly, my ssd was £139, went to buy it, had dropped to £77, but there was only one left and I didn’t put it in the basket quick enough. When I searched american amazon it popped up as $239 for the 2tb, refreshed the page, went up to $299, like playing bingo. I recommend going this route though, around the same price for up to 3x the speed.
