Optimized for iPhone but works great on the iPad. This is the free version but its well worth IAP if you like arpeggios, this sounds particularly good with strings, go grab it anyway and have a play, it's not AB compatible but then again it makes no sound on its own, it controls other apps, and does it rather well.

Can you use a midi keyboard to control the arp by playing notes, or is it just 100% pre programmed patterns?
Not sure, this is the free version, you can make your own arps and I think you can use a midi keyboard, get the free version and have a look, and let us know.
