The function generator basically influences the order the notes are played in. So imagine your notes:
C E G
The note order playing them in ‘up’ order is a rising sawtooth
If you were playing them in down order it would be a falling sawtooth
If you were playing in up down order a triangle wave
Now imagine a rising and falling wave SUPERIMPOSED on top of that (by the Amt setting)
That will influence and disrupt the note order in various ways
Thnx, I’ll have another crack at it, see if I can figure it out.
Nice, thanks @pagefall. Never got this either. Will try again too.
Thanks for the update to this @pagefall, it will make a big difference to how much I use this, much appreciated
I just found this, too. The name begins with a lower case ‘L’. Searching for it was concerning for a little while, until I tried ‘l’ vs ‘I’.
@pagefall can this sync to AUM, ie start and stop and tempo?
It should automatically be in sync in AUM.
Whatever happened to this dev? These were fun little apps
It seems to be lack of time and energy:
Well that answers that. You are a quick one, lemme tell ya
I know, I love autony and Cality, don’t have ionarics yet, but it’s been on my list. I think the developer is @pagefall if I’m not mistaken. Maybe we could get them to chime in…?
Edit. Lol, it’s in the thread title.
