IFretless bass or sax midi out to beatmaker , is this still possible ?
Hi, I am advanced user of beatmaker and know all of its bugs but this one realy killed me again. I cant get midi in from ifretless to beatmaker working. I folowed one video on youtube when that man somehow magically did it even if he also said that beatmaker does not show ifretless in midi in slot. But he just said it works without it 
, but not for me. Maybe midibridge is only way, but...

It does work.
You need to have an empty keyboard as the top screen in bm2...(not the timeline/editor window)
Have midi destination in ifretless set to bm2.(no need to go into bm2 midi settings)
It should record the notes fine.
but on playback,turn ifretless midi destination to off
Nb(check that the 'octave setting in ifretless is set right)
