This is one thing Ableton does uniquely well compared to any other solution. Every once in a while, I hop over to the desktop for it.
I think Melodyne is still the best at this stuff. They have spent years (decades?) working only on this area and it’s not cheap. Wouldn’t expect to see something similar on iOS for quite a while but would be great to have!
