Dirty Bandit

I had some fun this afternoon with Bandit and my iPhone!! Dirty Bandit!!!

Here’s my workflow (only iOS apps, no sax):

All loops made in Audiobus recorded in GroupTheLoop.

Drums: Ruismaker with Bandit recorded in Atom with Velocity Keyboard
Bass: Gadget Madrid recorded in Gadget sequencer played with iFretless bass (midi). Rozeta bassline octave pattern is used on last part.
Organ: BeatHawk Dirty K preset recorded in BeatHawk (AU) played with Midiflow Keyboard. Rozeta arp is used on break and Rozeta cells is used on last part. FAC Chorus is used on break and last part. Bandit is in the party on all parts!!

Then all loops are exported from GroupTheLoop to GarageBand and dragged on loops matrix to improvise structure recorded in arrangement. I’ve used Directional EQ on bass to remove higher frequencies on sides, and Haaze on organ to add some wideness. GarageBand graphic EQ is used on all tracks.

At the end Lurssen is used for quick mastering.

    These are the "Secrets of an IOS Master" (iPhone edition).

    I'd love to hear some real Sax over the top of this "backing track". I'm sure you'll use this for your live performing
    with the iPhone also being used to process your live sax playing.

    I saw a live traveling musician and she carried 2 guitars, a guitar amp, a Yamaha Stage Piano, a mic running into a Mackie
    Power PA and 2 Yamaha Speakers mounted on stands. She sounded great but you're mobile approach might even work for
    an airplane overhead. Do they make you check in a tenor sax?

    They still let saxophone players on airplanes?? I’m generally against profiling, but some things should just be common sense. :#
