I-rig I/O 49 + Garage Band fast sound switch in live performance
Hi everybody!
I'm new on this forum, so I ask you patience if I'm not so skilled in MIDI stuff. 
At the moment I use I-rig 49 keyboard with Garage Band VST for live performance: I saved several presents as single tracks of a multi-track project, so I can switch from one preset to the other by closing one track and opening another time - about 3/4 seconds. That's Ok to change sound between one song and the other.
What I need is to save presets that can be controlled with a fast switch, such as the 8 pad buttons. I've read the I-rig instruction manual here ( https://www.musicalstore2005.com/strumenti_accessori/ik-multimedia-irig-keys-io49-en.pdf ) , and I think I stored some sounds on the button slot, but when I try to use them nothing happens. Maybe I'm wrong with something, but I am sure I can use Garage band sounds (I prefer them to Sample Tank) in live mode with fast presets!
Any suggestion / help?
