Audiobus 3.4.12 full volume bug

Hello,

@Michael After last two updates on my iPad Pro 2018 iOS 13.2 when I insert some audio source/synths (IAA or AUv3) in Audiobus I can only set audio using audiobus mixer, if I try turn volume up or down with the volume button it doesn’t work. Only full audio level.

Last thing @AmpifyxNovation when You will update groovebox for audiobus? It is yet unresponsive on the first left column when using combined with audiobus.

    I have no idea what that's about! That sounds like a system thing... does it happen with any other apps?
