The iOS apps don't have any provision for user patches. We rant to ROLI about this from time to time on the ROLI forums, though so far to no effect, but please do join the chorus there.
It's possible to mess around inside the apps on a jailbroken device (for which Checkrain will be very good news when it drops), but I've only used that to extract Noise-only preset packs for desktop Equator use; getting desktop patches into Noise would be quite a bit fiddlier. (On the upside, the SWAM packs on iOS are a fraction of the desktop prices. On the downside of the upside, they only work with Blocks and can't be used in AUv3.)
