ipad built in mic
i have tow iPads…an iPad 2 and a 4 gen, it seems like the built in mic is a little fuller sounding on the iPad 2. Does anyone have any opinions?
Also is there an app that can attenuate the built in mic level? its too hot for acoustic guitar. Thanks for any input.

I have noticed the Mic sounds better on my newer IPhone 5C versus my old IPhone 4. Only had one IPad tho, so I can't compare. I would say IPad 4 sounds similar to IPhone 5C...
I have an iPad 2 and 4 as well and I've recorded acoustic guitar and my vocals on both and can't tell the difference.
