Rozetta lfo shape randomness?
Using the sample and hold for lfo randomness, but would like to get that randomness with a more gradual up and down ‘trianglish’ lfo. Not sure if its considered a sample and hold or exactly it’s called, I know the apematrix lfo’s offer this option. It results in a less steppy more fluid random modulation.
Is it possible in Rozetta?
-thx

Well don't forget that the apematrix LFOs are available as an AUv3 in "Send midi" which you can use in any host.
I should have looked deeper, this is twice in one day.
Thanks so much!!😃
Cranking up the “mod” on the S&H waveform in Rozeta LFO kind of does this too.
Midi LFO might be good too. You an modulate an lfo with another.
Winner! Modulate a sin with an s&h, or vice versa. Or both.
Yeahhh that app is on my list, thx👍🏼
I didn't know this, this. Cheers!
Yeah, I use midi LFOs for my lfo treatment. Brilliant app - not sure if there is any better than it? I have the Bram one, which is good, but the other one is very flexible.
I use both, but was really happy when the AU version of Midi LFO dropped and I have a soft spot for Art Kerns' apps. Maybe MidiSteps AU will drop someday.
Not used midi steps but will have a look. I won’t buy it, though, because of the no AU issue. I absolutely love midi LFOs, though.
