Maybe that's the price for an iPhone with the app installed on it!
It is a common thing for developers to post an app with an extremely high price, when the app isn't quite ready to be sold, and they want to dissuade people from buying it until they are ready for it to be sold. I suspect that this is why the price is set so high.

I saw this for €399 in the German app store a couple of hours ago. Now it's gone. I hope this means it'll be available for the real price very soon now. Too bad it isn't a universal app like jamup.
