My standouts include:

Mozaic
Spectrum

EG pulse
miRack
Blackhole/Micropitch/Ultratap
and the Fabfilter bundle. Even though these seem expensive, it's made a big difference to production workflow, and you stop buying lesser plugins which do the same thing, so great value in the end.
No real innovative audio apps this year, except Fractal Bits and Drambo but as @Jumpercollins said the app isn't even out yet.
I also forget about Fractal Bits, with random seqeuncing like in Rozeta X0X it's instant fun
And Poly 2 really interesting
