What are these Apple AUV3s?

    These are there by default, provided for free by Apple's iOS SDK.
    It's up to the developers to use them or repackage them into a fancy UI and let us pay for them :D

    So Moebius Lab is the only AU host that shows these plugs? Are they the same of GarageBand ones?

    Yes I would imagine they are the same as the ones in GB.

    A few other apps show them too, like apeMatrix for example.
    The quality is actually quite good, unfortunately the apeMatrix developer has decided to remove the controls so they cannot be adjusted anymore :'(
