Looks like Retronyms are no longer part of iMPC PRO developement?
@Retronyms Looking at the app store it just says Akai now. I looked at the Retronyms App Store & iMPC PRO 1&2 no longer there.

Comments
iMPC and iMPC Pro 2 are still there, but iMPC Pro (1) has been taken off (the version I have).
I know it has its fans, but I'd rate it in the top 3 most disappointing app purchases I've made. Released full of bugs and took months to fix. Pah.
@MonzoPro not there on the actual Retronyms store. I already have 1&2 but was thinking maybe Akai have took over now.

iMPC and iMPC Pro 2 are still on the store under Akai.
No idea why they would keep the old iMPC version on there but no the later Pro (v1). Still seems to be downloadable via my account though.
I agree with @MonzoPro
iMPC Pro v1 was one of my first purchases if not the very first.
It almost put me off iOS totally.
I'm glad I persevered.
It's always been like that. iMPC Pro 1 & 2 have never been there under 'Retronyms'. It's always been under Akai.
It's the same deal with iProphet and iMini which are also made by Retronyms but for Arturia...
Impc not pro 1 is Tabletop ready....
iMPC Pro 1 is but not iMPC Pro 2
I’m done with iMPC’s until they make an iMPC that works like a real MPC.
@Shabudua iMPC Pro2 is actually very good now but I do not understand why it has no proper envelope ADSR and much prefer the previous Song structure in columns like hardware mpcs. Why they changed that is weird
As an MPC hardwares/desktop user I have to agree. And it definitely needs to be more stable.
The main thing I miss is the ability to loop samples. Like, it has NO looping last time I checked. If I can’t put a loop on a pad, it doesn’t feel like an MPC to me.
@Shabudua i have never needed to loop on pads on my mpc60 or mpc2000. Each to their own though. Ive always chopped up my samples & sequence them.
Yeah, it’s just my workflow preference. Beatmaker 3 and even Nanostudio 2 Slate can do it easily, so I stick with them for now.
I keep trying with this one but just can’t really get anything going on it. And then when I do it crashes
