microTera
Does anyone know if microTera is a subset of Terasynth or is its completely own thing? (i.e. if you already have TeraSynth is MicroTera worthwhile?)

I do not own it, but it is totally separate from Terasynth, which is a virtual analogue synth with several oscillators, filters, a waveguide and FM section, and many modulation options (sort of a semi-modular setup).
It's totally different. On the desktop it's part of Terra, hence the name.
It's a wave shaping synth and it can make some nice sounds. A little niche, but pretty unique.
