iMIDIPatchbay with Voicelive 2

I’m using iMIDIPatchbay with great success for soft synths and for setlist management. However, I’m having difficulty getting the app to control preset selection on my TC Helicon Voicelive 2.

I have both the app and unit assigned to MIDI channel 3 and have followed the Voicelive manual instructions for MSB and LSB numbers but nothing doing. I don’t even know for sure that they’re seeing each other.

My iPad is Lightning connected to a Korg PlugKey interface, which is in turn connected by MIDI cable to the MIDI IN of the Voicelive.

What am I missing??

    Seems the Korg PlugKey is midi in only...
    You'd need a midi out to connect the Voicelive 2 to send harmonies and program change...

    Hummmm....🙁. That’s not what I wanted to hear but thanks for the info...

    @Billinbrasil there might be a workaround :)
    The Voicelive Touch 2 is also a soundcard for an iPad (if you connect to it using USB + CCK.
    I guess the Voicelive 2 can do the same thing.

    So using USB with a CCK would let you do the midi in to the Voicelive 2, then you'd still have all midi 5 pins available on your VL2 to connect other midi gears...

    Not sure about routing in this case with the iPad for looping with VL2 but I think that might work even better :)
