Voice changing auv3s ~ gender + age
Hello!
Are there any good auv3s out there for voice changing that that allow for gender / age shifting? Thinking of something similar to IRCAM trax that can run ios
Any alternative approaches welcome!

Not aware of anything specifically tailored to this but if live use isn't so important, there's all sorts of audio processing you can do. For pitch shifting and time stretching clips of audio, I'd look into granular apps like iPulsaret and iDensity. It might be difficult to get convincing results and maybe they can look intimidating at first, but with a bit of skill, you should be able to get close:

Voicerack: fx or iVoxel have some options in that region, if I remember well.

Matrix Vocoder is worth a look. The presets are limited but it's pretty flexible.

This is interesting because the poster contributed in another thread before this, with a very human sounding response. I can't say for sure if the poster is "real" and just pasted something cooked up in chatGPT, or if this is a new AI tactic being tried to establish legitimacy. I expect it's the latter. It will be interesting to see if the poster has a response. 😉
